Kolkata's The Conclave Verde Hosts Monsoon Food Festival Through August, Featuring Cabin Classics and Pakoras

Kolkata: Maple, the restaurant at The Conclave Verde (Ambuja Neotia), is hosting a Monsoon Food Fest through August 31, offering a curated à la carte menu of seasonal comfort food starting at ₹400.

The spread leans into the rainy-season favourites Kolkata is known for, with vegetarian options like Mixed Vegetable Pakora, Stuffed Chilli Pakora and Mushroom Tempura alongside city cabin classics — Egg Devil, Egg Chop, Fish Chop and Chicken Cutlet.

The festival taps into a long-running Kolkata tradition of monsoon food fests across the city's restaurants, timed to the season when crispy fried snacks and hot tea are a daily ritual for much of the city.
